Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be given to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or the client fails to arrive at their appointment at a reasonable time they will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled session. If a gift certificate, voucher, coupon, or pre-paid session was expected to be used, it will be forfeited as payment.
Late Arrivals
In the event a client arrives late we will determine if there is enough time to start the treatment. The client is responsible for the full amount of the scheduled session whether or not the service is performed.
Refunds
After services are rendered or money is exchanged for services, gift certificates, pre-paid packages or products no refunds will be given.
Outstanding Payments
After 7 days, outstanding payments will be subject to a 20% monthly interest charge. In the event legal action is taken to obtain monies due the client will be responsible for all legal fees.
Treatment of Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire session. Informed written consent must be provided by parent or legal guardian for any client under the age of 18.
Luna Beauty & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any lewd/disrespectful/sexual/inappropriate comments or behavior will terminate the session immediately and the client will be 100% liable for payment of the scheduled treatment.
Massage therapists perform soft tissue manipulation for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. Massage should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Estheticians treat the epidermis with the purpose of beautification. Neither massage therapists nor estheticians have the qualifications to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and nothing said during the course of any session provided by Luna Beauty & Wellness should be construed as such.
